Event Coverage

Service Description

- Contracts must be signed and sent to jtvisuals704@gmail.com after picking a date/time for video service in order to full secure video slot - Contracts can be found in the contact tab on the home page - Invoices are sent directly to client's email once contract is signed and completed - Once invoice is paid video shoot date is secured Event coverage minimum time slot is 2 hours. The maximum time for event coverage is 4 hours. If more time is needed for coverage of event the service fee will be expected to change. Requesting less time for service will not change the price of event coverage. If event requires additional service prices are expected to change. -Event Coverage Service includes 1 recap video up to 2 minutes -Additional minutes longer than 2 minutes is an additional $75 *Deposit's are non refundable. **Visual includes 1 free edit. More than 1 edit is an additional $25 per edit Once deposit is paid the videographer will contact the client with an invoice of the remaining balance. *Please allow a week for videographer to return video footage * For same day/24 hours turn around rate client will be charged a $150 turn around fee Contracts are also given from the videographer for event coverage

Cancellation Policy

Deposit are required prior to service. Deposits are non-refundable
